Grape Seed Flour 250 g
Grape seed flour is produced by finely grinding defatted grape seeds after the oil pressing process. It is naturally darker in colour and fine in texture, with distinctive nutty and slightly earthy notes that add a unique character to dishes.
It is used in small quantities as an addition to other flours. The recommended proportion is 5–7% of the total amount of flour when preparing bread, rolls, pizza, crêpes and cakes. It can also be added to yoghurt, granola, smoothies, soups, sauces and desserts.
It is made by putting grape seeds to further use after oil production, transforming the same raw material into a new ingredient for baking, pastry-making and modern gastronomy.
