Payment Terms

You can pay for the ordered goods by bank transfer (general payment slip) or debit/credit card.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER OR INTERNET BANKING

The customer must make the payment by general payment slip or internet banking within 24 hours of placing the order. We will ship the order once the bank completes the transfer. The order number should be referenced, and payment should be made to IBAN HR1124070001100428868, opened with OTP Bank.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER (FOR COMPANIES)

After placing the order, within 24 hours, we will send a quote to the email you provided during the order. You must make the payment according to the quote within 24 hours, and once payment is received, the ordered goods will be shipped to your address.

PAYMENT BY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD

When paying on our web store, you can use CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure online card payments.

CorvusPay ensures the complete confidentiality of your card information as soon as you enter it into the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is encrypted and sent directly from your browser to the issuing bank. Our store never has access to your complete payment card data. This data is also inaccessible to CorvusPay system employees. An isolated core independently transmits and manages sensitive information, keeping it completely secure.

The payment data entry form is secured with SSL encryption of the highest reliability. All stored data is further protected by encryption using a cryptographic device certified according to FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standards. CorvusPay complies with all online payment security requirements set by leading card brands, operating in accordance with PCI DSS Level 1 standards – the highest security standard in the payment card industry. For cards in the 3-D Secure program, your bank verifies not only the validity of the card but also your identity through a token or password.

Corvus Info treats all collected information as bank secrecy and uses it only for intended purposes. Your sensitive data is completely secure, and its privacy is guaranteed by the latest protective mechanisms. Only necessary data is collected in compliance with strict online payment procedures.

Security controls and operational procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure CorvusPay's immediate reliability. Strict access controls, regular security monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and information security policy implementation continually maintain and improve system security, safeguarding your card information.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

1. CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE BY WRITTEN FORM

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days, per Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, by sending written notice to the email address webshop@galic-vina.hr. The 14-day period begins on the day the ordered goods are received.

In your electronic written notice of cancellation, clearly state your decision to cancel the purchase (including your name and the order date).

2. PRODUCT RETURN

If the customer has already received the goods and decides to cancel the purchase, the goods must be returned within 14 days of the written notice specified above. The company will refund the purchase amount to the customer's bank account within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A copy of the original receipt must be included with the returned product.

3. COMPLAINTS ABOUT SHIPMENTS

Galic-vina.hr is responsible for any factory defects in products purchased through the online store (www.galic-vina.hr/webshop). If you have a complaint per Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, please notify us at webshop@galic-vina.hr.

The customer should describe the defect in detail in the complaint and allow the seller to examine it.

For any complaints, please return the goods with a copy of the original receipt to the address Republika Hrvatske 125, 34340 Kutjevo, with the note "Internet Sale" within 14 days of purchase.

Upon receiving the goods, Galic-vina.hr will provide a written response to the complaint resolution within 8 days of receiving the written notice and product.

Complaints sent by parcel service must be properly packaged in cardboard. Complaints that are improperly packaged and show visible mechanical damage during transport will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

The customer bears the return shipping costs.

DELIVERY

Delivery Price:

For orders up to €100, the delivery price is calculated based on the package weight (see table below). For orders over €100, delivery is FREE.

Delivery Terms

We deliver via courier service across the entire Republic of Croatia. The delivery time is 1-3 working days (up to 5 working days for certain islands).

Payment Methods

Prices on the webshop apply exclusively to online orders. The currency is Euro (€). You can pay for the ordered goods in two ways (selected in the third step of placing the order):

  • Bank transfer – Immediately after creating the order with this payment method, you will receive a proforma invoice via email. We package and send the goods as soon as we receive the payment. To speed up the delivery process, please send us the payment confirmation by email.
  • Debit/credit card – We package and ship the goods immediately after the transaction is successfully completed. The confidentiality of your data is protected and secured by SSL encryption.
