Terms of payment 

You can pay for the ordered goods by general money order (virman) or debit/credit card. PAYMENT BY GENERAL MONEY ORDER OR INTERNET BANKING The customer is obliged to make the payment by general money order or internet banking within 24 hours from the moment of the order, and we will ship it after the bank has processed the order. When calling the number, it is necessary to state the order number, and payment is made to IBAN HR1124070001100428868 opened at OTP bank. 

PAYMENT BY VIRMANA (COMPANY) 

After placing the order, within 24 hours we will send you an offer via the email you specified when placing the order. You pay for the ordered goods according to the offer within 24 hours, and upon receipt of payment the ordered goods will be sent to your address. 

PAYMENT BY DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS – Visa, MasterCard®, Maestro®. 

The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured by the use of SSL encryption. Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is the process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during its transmission. This enables safe transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user's computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa. The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected against unauthorized access.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Upon receipt of the order, the ordered product is handed over to Mailboxes etc to be sent to the customer. The products are sent according to the specification within 1 - 3 working days, in exceptional situations it may take 3 to 5 working days for the final delivery of the ordered product to the customer.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Obligatory Relations Act, upon verification of the delivery list by the recipient, it is considered that the shipment was delivered in an undamaged condition and after that the delivery service is released from any subsequent responsibility. If the recipient does not exist at the specified address or the address is unknown, the delivery service will try to contact the recipient in order to agree on the exact time and possibly another delivery address. 

In case of impossibility of delivery, the shipment is returned to the warehouse www.mbe.hr. We undertake to deliver your order on time, if you have filled in your information completely accurately and truthfully. 

To the islands covered by the delivery service, the product will be delivered according to a special schedule - about which you will be informed, and to all other islands not covered by our delivery service, we send the products via HP.
